About Superfoods

Superfoods are blends of powdered foods that are extremely nutrient dense and highly bio-available so our bodies and immune systems can readily take in their nourishing qualities. That is to say, they really pack a punch! Our blends — Green Energy Superfood Blend and Brain Booster Superfood Blend — are created by combining the perfect ratio of dried vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO ingredients. By adding superfoods into your recipes, you are simply giving them the boost of health and energy that you crave.

Our Story

Living in the little town of Dominical, Costa Rica, life was majestic, adventurous and bountiful. We were honored to be surrounded by such inspiring teachers in the realm of health and wellness. From yoga and bodywork to using plants as medicine, we studied through daily living and immersion.

one day I got into a pretty bad accident
that changed my life.”

While watching Bryan’s softball game I was hit in the head with a metal bat that was wildly flying through the air. This led to a long road to recovery and many, many life lessons that I can now see. During my recovery process I experienced a deep depression, which was a first for me. I felt unlike myself and that I was not in control of my own emotions or actions. This lasted for months and it seemed it didn’t matter what I tried…I couldn’t crawl out of this hole.

I am a health coach and used all the tricks and pathways to wellness that I knew. Yet even with eating healthy foods, walking in nature and meditating, I still felt this dark cloud over me at all times. While these healthy habits helped, I still needed something else to get me back to feeling myself again–I needed a jumpstart. That is when it occurred to me to introduce these superfoods back into my life

I won’t say it happened with the flip of a switch, but my experience was night and day! Incorporating these superfoods into my diet each day had profound effects on my health and wellbeing. I finally started to feel that cloud lift and my energy and zest for life return. I began to feel like me again… getting back in the kitchen, hanging out with friends and doing the things I have always loved!
